Christopher Alexander re-applied
I was reading
a post on Lawson Software's new "Landmark" technology. While there, I mis-read a reference to one of Christopher Alexander's most famous works,
A Timeless Way of Building, the source (in some ways) of the idea of "patterns" used in software development (at least, back in the 1990s).
My mis-reading, however, led me to envision the application of Alexander's title—if not the content of the book—to consulting:
The Timeless Way of Billing
Sorry, had to tell someone.
